Next Catch Guide Service is a family owned fishing charter based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, offering private guided trips throughout Tampa Bay, Boca Ciega Bay and the nearshore Gulf waters. Led by Captain Bryan Foley, the service combines more than a decade of local on the water experience with a flexible, seasonally focused approach to fishing Florida's west coast.
Guests fish from a 23 foot Hanson tower boat designed for shallow water access and comfortable navigation. The boat is equipped with a Minn Kota trolling motor, dual Power Pole shallow water anchors, rod holders, a 50 gallon livewell, and a full selection of tackle, bait and safety gear.
Whether guests are first time anglers, families, visiting vacationers, or experienced fishermen chasing tarpon, Next Catch Guide Service builds each trip around the season, tides, weather and what is biting that day.
Owner and Captain
Captain Bryan Foley runs every Next Catch trip himself, with more than a decade of experience on Tampa Bay, Boca Ciega Bay and the nearshore Gulf. Tarpon charters may include a first mate, whose compensation is handled through gratuity.
How we run a day
There is no fixed route. Captain Bryan picks the water each morning from the tide, the wind and what has been active locally, and adjusts as the day goes. That is what a seasonally focused approach actually looks like.
