This Refund Policy governs the manner in which we, Next Catch Guide Service, handles refunds for products or services purchased through our website or alternative means.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available for purchases made directly through our website or alternative means.

  • Refunds for charters are available if cancelled by Captain Bryan Foley due to weather conditions, sickness, boat issue or emergencies, or if clients cancel 48 hours in advance or booked charter date; deposits for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance by the client are non-refundable.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Weather conditions are not ideal or safe for charter as deemed by Captain Bryan Foley, such as increase in wind, rain or in the event of a hurricane.

    • Refunds will be given to clients who cancel their charter with 48 hour advance notice.

    • Refunds for cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance by the client are non-refundable.

    • If you wish to cancel your charter less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, your deposit may be applied towards an alternative date, subject to Captain Bryan Foley's availability. In the event that he is not available, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Refund Process

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our discretion.

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 days to the original method of payment.
